02How we use it
To match a tutor, schedule lessons, send lesson notes and progress reports, and answer your questions. Tutors see only what they need to teach.
03Payments
Payments are handled by our payment provider; we never store card numbers.
04Your choices
Ask us any time to see, correct or delete your details — email the front desk.
05Terms
Lessons can be moved up to 24 hours before without charge. Plans renew monthly and can be paused or cancelled with a week's notice. The first lesson is free and carries no obligation.
06Safeguarding
Every tutor is background-checked and trained in our safeguarding policy. Online lessons are held on our platform, never on private accounts.
